PLDC Warm-up in Munich/DE

PLDC Warm-up in Munich/DE

An international symposium, based on the publication “SuperLux – Smart Light Art, Design and Architecture for Cities”, will be held on 7. December, 2016, starting at 4 pm.

The educational event is an official warm-up for PLDC and will involve leading designers and researchers. The topics include smart lighting in public spaces, strategies for sustainable light festivals and their limitations for urban revitalization – altogether an excellent opportunity to gather inspiration and reflect on what strategies for smart lighting in cities make sense.

The symposium is free-of-charge and no prior registration is required.

Location:
Vorhoelzer Forum at Technical University of Munich.
Arcisstrasse 21, Room 5170, 5th floor, 80333 Munich, Germany.

The symposium will be held in English.

PLDC warm-ups are a networking opportunity, comprise a learning aspect, and enable colleagues from the lighting design community to stay in contact with one another. Warm-ups are planned all over the world in the months leading up to PLDC 2017 in Paris.
