PLDC provides students and young designers with the opportunity to make important business contacts for their future careers and become an integral part of the market.
Students of our Partner Universities will receive a reduced price (student rate) on entrance tickets to PLDC. Further, the organisers grant one ticket per university/institute for a lecturer/ professor to attend the convention and related educators’ meetings.

PLDC 2017 will offer a meeting point for cities, lighting professionals and architects. The Cities have the opportunity to discuss lighting in the public realm in the 21st century and share new ideas for enhancing urban spaces. The convention will include a Cities’ Forum. The Cities’ Forum is a platform for information and interaction between city representatives (decision-makers), city and urban planners and lighting designers. The programme will enable city planners and public clients to meet experienced lighting professionals involved in all areas and aspects of public lighting.
